The products in the webshop are always shipped within 2 days after the order. Orders outside the Netherlands are shipped within 2-5 days.
Custom made items naturally have a longer delivery time. We will contact you to discuss this. If urgency is required due to a birthday, wedding or anniversary, please contact us by telephone.
It is also possible to pick up the products.
Please allow up to 2 weeks for delivery to arrive. If you have still not received your purchase after 2 weeks, please notify us at email@example.com.
You can report complaints about your order to us for 14 days after receipt of your order. To do this, you must first contact customer service.
